Hello! I am Divya. I joined the yoga group back in November 2024. I decided to start because because of 9 hours of job and 3-4 hours of everyday travel had already made my body stiff and weird pains in knee and lower back had started showing up. It was after 4-5 sessions of yoga that I saw such a significant change in my body inside and out. The pains were gone, my energy levels were high and I was getting more fitter. I could see changes on my face as well. I don’t think I could have done it without Garima. I first joined the online classes about 2 years ago, but then moved to the gym. I joined yoga classes after watching Garima Di’s videos on mountain and environment protection, Because she made those videos, I felt an even deeper connection with her. Later I came to know that she is also a yoga teacher.I wanted to improve my life through yoga because immunity—both of mind and body—is so important to adapt in any condition. Since I work in different weather, being strong emotionally, mentally, and physically is the pillar of my work. Garima is a wonderful instructor. She is more than just a yoga teacher, she imparts wisdom as part of each class. I began taking yoga classes online with her five years ago. Namaste. I have been practising Yoga with Garima ji since April 2025. I was verysceptical about joining an Iyengar Yoga class online. Garima laid that doubt to rest from the first class. She is a warm,wonderful and a compassionate teacher who knows how to nudge you at the right place. She is also very mindful of any specific challenges a particular individual in the class is facing.
